“Working with Cheryl Waitt at Homes of NH was a very positive experience. She was recommended to us by someone who has worked with her and she was the first realtor we called. From the beginning she was friendly, knowledgeable and truthful and continued to be during our relationship. She worked with us to understand how our house needed to be shown and made many recommendations on what we needed to do all the while under no pressure from her. She said when we were ready we would know and to call her anytime with any questions. I called her many times to come and view what we had done and she would come every time to suggest how to proceed as we moved closer to listing. In addition to reviewing our progress she also offered to help us in anyway. We listed on a Wednesday, had an open house that Saturday with over 50 potential buyers, many showings on Sunday and multiple offers were presented to us two days later. Everything went very smooth.
