This gated community has it all, private beach, pool, large common areas, club house, basketball, bocce, volleyball and tennis courts. Sip Pond is great for fishing, swimming, boating, and all the other fun water activities. There is even a designated area to store your boat/trailer. Woodbrook is an active community with lots of social events. This camp is located in an ideal part of the community with the pool and beach a very short walk right across the street! The camp offers two bedrooms, full bathroom, beautiful screened in room along with a large great room and family room. Come spend your time enjoying all this community has to offer without all the chores that comes with a second home. First Showings will be at the Open Houses: Friday, Sept 6th 5-6:30, Saturday, Sept 7th 10:30-12:30 and Sunday, Sept 8th 11-1pm.
